Careful There Kitty

Saw these two cross paths a few weeks ago. As I approached, I spotted a highly venomous Viper so I pulled out my camera to snap it, then to my pleasant surprise, a baby Jaguar pranced across the snake’s path and was nearly bitten. Luckily for the kitten, the Viper just had lunch.

After seeing the snake, kitty scurried away quickly but I was able to get these shots of the snake while it was resting after its meal ;)
